Session Doctor lets website owners (our customers) record how visitors use their site — clicks, typing, and page changes — and play it back to fix bugs and improve their product. No video is recorded; we capture structural page events that can be replayed like one.
Account data: if you sign up for Session Doctor, we store your email and basic account info via Google sign-in.
Recording data: if you visit a website that uses Session Doctor, that site's owner may record your session. Password fields are always masked. Recordings are stored on our servers and are only visible to that site's owner — we don't use them for our own purposes.
Recordings are automatically deleted after 7 days on the free plan, or 30 days on Pro.
If a site you visited uses Session Doctor and you want a recording removed, contact that site directly, or reach us at im@arianbahrami.com and we'll help.
